Bún Bò

These two traditional dishes are summery and full of flavour.

Phò Bò

This dish, which came about during Vietnam’s French colonisation, comes from the word ‘pot-au-feu’.

It is a popular traditional dish that is served in both the morning and evening. It is a soup based on rice paste, served as a dish with rice broth simmered for almost eight hours, over a low heat, with beef bone.

All the other ingredients are then added.

It’s a tasty and very rich soup that’s perfect for both summer and winter.
